Our Wonderful Apple Cider Apple cider is the fresh pressed juice of two or more carefully selected varieties of apples that have been left unfiltered or partially filtered. The unfiltered suspended apple solids and the natural oxidation give the cider its cloudy, amber-colored appearance and its distinctive flavor. The result being a natural, undiluted apple cider which needs to be constantly refrigerated. Fresh apple cider will retain its flavor up to five weeks or better. You can also freeze cider and keep it about a year. To use, fully defrost and shake well. It will keep about 5 weeks if refrigerated.
